To whom it may concern:
All Mechanical installed the boiler and all of the radiant flooring throughout the five-story house.  There were many different applications for the radiant floors such as in between beams, in cement beneath tile floors, in ceilings and at basement grade level.  The installation was a great success!  
 
I was also extremely happy with the way they conducted themselves, coordinating with my job site supervisor, and other sub contractors.  The installation went very smoothly and they were always on hand to offer advice to me and the client.  After the installation, as with all renovations, there were a few tweaks here and there, which they saw to immediately making sure the client was completely satisfied. 
 
If I am ever called upon to price and install a radiant floor system, I will not hesitate to be call upon All Mechanical.  In fact, I would go further in asking them to price out any HVAC or plumbing aspects of a future job as their professionalism and expertise clearly shone through on this introductory experience.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gave us a free estimate and let us know of rebates available with our utility company. Job was done well and on time. When we had a leak from one of the units, they promptly returned to fix it.

The survey was prompt, professional, and straight to the point. Gerry provided a written proposal before leaving. Turn-around time from survey to deposit/contract and finally installation was great. The installers kept things as clean as you can when plaster and brick is involved; they placed drop cloths, etc. The installation looks pretty good, and my new ductless A/C is quietly (and efficiently) keeping me cool. I'm very happy with the unit Gerry recommended, and I appreciate the written contract and five-year warranty.

We found good value with All Mechanical. They had vast knowledge of the AC mini splits. They were professional, courtious and took very good care of the house. They were very neat. The crew should up on time, they delivered and installed the product exactly how I had invisioned. They exceeded my expectations with the slim duck, that came out amazing. The customer service was excellent. The Father and Son both came back right away to make a slight adjustment and check on the unit. You can see they take great pride in their work and they give the customer what they want. My wife and I are very happy with our Fujitsu Ductless Mini Splits. :-}
